The Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance’s mission is to lead, strengthen and give voice to a diverse cultural sector that is making Philadelphia a world-class region to live, work and play. Group of Minds has been working with the Cultural Alliance since 2008, on a variety of projects. The Cultural Alliance was the first community to benefit from Group of Minds’ Social Media Audit program, measuring and improving the online marketing habits of 22 cultural organizations in Philadelphia. Group of Minds’ research on discount ticketing strategies and effectiveness allowed participating Philadelphia organizations to improve their pricing strategies. Our work together has involved several digital projects, including the redesign of the phillyfunguide.com site. Most recently, Group of Minds provided the Cultural Alliance with research into points-based loyalty systems, and created a detailed vendor RFP for a new loyalty system called PhillyFunPass, which is currently in development.
