About Us

Are you ready for a full audience of energized, appreciative arts patrons?

Today’s audiences are hungry for an interactive, ongoing arts and cultural experience. They want it to start before the curtain goes up, and to continue long after they go home. Groupofminds helps you to achieve that goal.

About Groupofminds

Groupofminds is a diverse network of seasoned for-profit and non-profit marketing professionals who have a passion for creating a thriving cultural community through the use of technology.

To quote Rene’ Magritte, “Art evokes the mystery without which the world would not exist.” It is that spirit that drives us to apply marketing science and experimentation to the good cause of promoting arts and culture, and to strive for increased understanding, participation, and appreciation of arts and culture in our world.

Groupofminds is led by founder Ron E. Evans. Ron is a leading developer and researcher of arts marketing and audience development using technology. His primary area of interest is the exploration of emerging technologies and their impact on patron behavior in expanding arts audiences. He has a history in the field of social interactions using technology, and is known for his work as the user experience and functionality designer behind the Artsopolis.com calendaring software, which has become a national model for collaborative arts marketing. He is a frequent speaker at regional and national conferences, including the National Arts Marketing Project (NAMP), the Association for Performing Arts Service Organizations (APASO) and Arts Reach. He is currently studying the uses and best practices of social networking applications such as Facebook and Twitter, and their potential to communicate with cultural audiences.

We commit to the highest level of service to our clients, who understand the importance — the necessity — of driving participation in the arts through measurable marketing and technology solutions. We understand that money and manpower are valuable resources for arts and cultural organizations, and our services are designed to maximize your own processes to make the most effective use of both.

We invite you to review our consulting services, research our clients, and then contact us to discuss the technology and audience development needs of your organization.
